AV Station Policy

Patrons must sign in before using the A/V station by leaving their HawkCard or CARLI ID card at the reference desk. Patrons will need to check out DVDs/videos before they sign in to use the AV station.

• A/V station is available for viewing library materials (either from Galvin or via Inter Library Loan) as well as materials needed for course work.
   

• A/V station is only available for use by IIT students, faculty and staff affiliates of IIT and members of CARLI, (Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois).
   

• Galvin Library A/V equipment does not support viewing of personal DVDs/videos,
   

• A/V station use is on a first come first serve basis.
   

• A/V station is to be used by one person at a time.
