Regulation for Protection of Libraries

Applies to: All Library Users

Any person who willfully mutilates, defaces, removes or attempts to remove without charging any item belonging to the collections of the libraries of the University may be subjected to a fine of $100, loss of library privileges, suspension from the University, appropriate administrative action within the University, and to prosecution under State law.
