There are two basic ways of finding journal articles at Galvin.
To search for articles on a particular topic, you'll need to search
in Databases. If you already have a citation (the
vital information about the article, such as author, title, and
publication), use the Journal A-Z List to locate
the database that provides access to the journal.
Databases
Databases are the place to search for peer-reviewed journal articles,
conference papers, book reviews, and other online scholarly information
that can't be found in the Library Catalog (or on the Web). Some
also contain popular journals and news sources. Different databases
contain information about different subjects. You should choose
a database based on the subject of your research topic.
Journal
A-Z List
To find a journal article for which you already have a citation
(the vital information about the article, including author, article
title, journal title, and publication date), search the
Journal
A-Z List to find the journal title. The list will tell you whether
we have access to the journal online or in our local print holdings.
