Computer Engineering

ACM Digital Library
The Association for Computing Machinery Digital Library is an online repository of papers from publications that have been published, co-published, or co-marketed by the ACM, including journals, newsletters, and conference proceedings. All computing subject areas are covered.

CiteSeer
CiteSeer is a scientific literature digital library focusing on computer and information science. CiteSeer provides citation indexing for each article, which allows you to see (a) all the references cited by the article, and (b) what other articles have cited the article. The Computer Science Directory feature also provides a breakdown of the most-cited articles for various topics within the discipline.

CSA High Technology Research Database with Aerospace
The CSA High Technology Research Database with Aerospace brings together in one place the most comprehensive bibliographic coverage of research, emerging technologies, applications and companies in the areas of aeronautics, astronautics, computer & information technology, electronics, communications, solid state materials and devices, and space sciences. Everything from theoretical research through practical application is covered.

INSPEC
INSPEC is one of the major databases providing abstracts and indexing to scientific and technical papers in computing, control engineering, electrical engineering, and other fields. This database indexes ACM, IEEE, and SIAM publications, so it's a good one-stop search interface.

arXiv.org e-Print Archive
Open access to nearly 450,000 e-prints in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Biology and Statistics.

CSA - Cambridge Scientific Abstracts
Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA) includes reference in the life sciences, environmental sciences, and computer sciences, materials science, engineering, aerospace engineering, as well as the social sciences and humanities. There are 70 databases that can be searched via CSA.

Compendex
Compendex is the most comprehensive interdisciplinary engineering database in the world. Compendex contains over 9 million records and references over 5,000 international engineering sources including, journal, conference and trade publications. Coverage is from 1969 to present and the database is updated weekly.

MathSciNet
A database of reviews, abstracts and bibliographic information for mathematical sciences scholarly literature. Computing-related areas of coverage include discrete mathematics, theory of computing, algorithms, data structures, and artificial intelligence.

SIAM Journals Online
Current: 1997 - present | Archive: 1952 - 1996
An online digital library of all publications of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, from 1952-present. Journals of interest include SIAM Journal on Computing, SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing, and SIAM Journal on Discrete Mathematics. Use the Advanced Search feature to search multiple titles simultaneously.

Web of Science
Web of Science provides comprehensive indexing and abstracting of scientific journal literature from 1991-present. A main feature is the citation index, which allows you to see (a) all the references cited by the article, and (b) what other articles have cited the article. Links to related articles are provided. This is a good database to use if you have an article of interest and want to expand your search to related documents.

ASP is an inter-disciplinary journal article database with many full-text resources in all subject areas. Consider this a good place to start your research for almost any subject.

ArticleFirst
Includes citations, abstracts, and full text from 12,600 journals in science, technology, medicine, social science, business, the humanities, and popular culture. Dates Covered 1990 to the present.

Dissertations & Theses
A database of bibliographic citations to doctoral dissertations and master's theses published since 1861. Full-text of dissertations and theses published from 1997 to the present is available. Dissertations and theses are in all fields of study.

PapersFirst
An index of papers presented at conferences. Including every congress, conference, exposition, workshop, symposium, and meeting received at The British Library.

ProceedingsFirst
Papers included in every congress, conference, exposition, workshop, symposium, and meeting received at The British Library.

U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

World Patents from the European Patent Office

WilsonSelect
The database is comprised of records from the following H.W. Wilson databases: Readers' Guide Abstracts, Social Sciences Abstracts, Humanities Abstracts, General Science Abstracts and Wilson Business Abstracts.
