Use these resources to find journal articles,
e-books, conference proceedings, book reviews, and more.
ERIC - the Education Resources Information Center
ERIC is the authoritative resource for any educator looking for
information. ERIC provides access to bibliographic records of journal
and non-journal literature in the educational field from 1966 to
the present. ERIC has over 115,000 full-text materials available.
These materials used to be difficult to obtain, such as conference
papers and reports, but are now easily accessible. Most materials
published 2004 and forward include links to other sources, including
publishers' Web sites.
Important! Even though ERIC is also available
through www.eric.ed.gov, you must access ERIC via Galvin Library
if you want to be connected to the full-text of many of the journal
articles indexed in the database. Some full-text available – use the GetArticle links to find full-text.
Academic Search Premier
ASP is our largest interdisciplinary journal article database with
many full-text resources in all subjects. This database is a good
place to look for education information in relation to other topics
such as current events, business, humanities, and the social sciences. Full-text.
MathSciNet
MathSciNet, produced by the American Mathematical Society, is a
comprehensive database covering the world's math literature. It
contains bibliographic citations and reviews of mathematical research
literature provided in the Mathematical Reviews Database. Full-text not available – use the GetArticle links to find full-text.
