Getting Connected to the Wireless Network

3 easy steps for network access registration

Step 1:  Turn on your network ready laptop and open Internet Explorer, wait a few seconds to be redirected to an online registration page.

Step 2:   Use your IIT related email account (such as iit.edu, stuart.iit.edu etc.) to register (Don't remember email account and/or password! Contact email support staff at your campus/college).

Step 3:   After a successful registration, reboot your laptop. You are ready to surf!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Reference Desk (7-3616), located on the upper level of the library.

Wireless networking has been available at Galvin Library since 2002.

Connect to a universe of information.

Take advantage of a variety of online library services such as document delivery, book requesting, and online research assistance.

Or, just check your email from a quiet spot in the stacks.
Bring your wireless-ready laptop. The library also has a limited number of laptops available for you to borrow.

See Circulation Desk for details. Or, just ask a librarian!
Information. Anytime. Anywhere.
